Chalalu Elvis is a finance and trade professional with strong experience in investment advisory, banking, and cross-border trade finance. He currently serves as a Financial Advisor at Standard Investment Bank (SIB Najah), where he supports clients with ethical, Shari’ah-compliant investment strategies and portfolio management—particularly for individuals and businesses operating across regional and international markets.
Previously, Elvis worked as a Trade Finance Consultant at Euro Exim Bank, a global institution specializing in international trade instruments. In this role, he promoted and facilitated cross-border transactions through Letters of Credit, SBLCs, export credit, factoring, and correspondent banking services, helping businesses access global markets and expand their international operations.

A premier medical equipment manufacturer in East and Central Africa, Christa has solid experience with multinational companies and international organizations working in Africa as a Business Development Consultant. She has 9 years of experience in the import and distribution of medical supplies across various countries in East, Central, and West Africa.
Holder of an International Executive Master in Business Administration (IEMBA), she has remarkable skills in Business Strategy, Market Analysis, and Project Management. Hrista is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s Degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at HEC Paris.

Clinton Mutali Lichuma is a seasoned business strategist, governance specialist, and trade facilitator with over eight years of experience across Africa–Asia markets. He serves as CEO of Seleejumah Investment, Director for East Africa at Shenzhen Xinzhi Du Business Services, and partner in Golden Uniforms and Sisia Function House, leading operations in agribusiness, textiles, ICT, and supply chain management. Clinton leverages his expertise in governance, policy, and cross-border trade to strengthen China–Africa business linkages, mentor SMEs, and support global market expansion. With advanced degrees in management, governance, and education, and a proven track record in enterprise development, he is a strategic asset to Global Chamber Mombasa, helping members access opportunities across its 605+ chapters and international markets.
Hasnain Meghji

Hasnain Meghji is an accomplished business leader and insurance industry veteran with over 25 years of executive experience across Kenya and the wider region. Currently serving as Regional Director at MENA Consultancy, he has held prominent leadership roles including CEO of Masumali Meghji Insurance Brokers Ltd, Director at the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Chairman of various civic and business boards in Mombasa. Known for his expertise in negotiation, business planning, and property & casualty insurance, Hasnain also leads and advises multiple organizations such as Cuvva.Ke Insurance, the United SMEs Association of Kenya, and the Future Growth Forum. A dedicated community and business development advocate, he combines strategic insight with strong entrepreneurial drive, supported by professional training from the London School of Insurance (CII).

Phena Nyamulu
Board Member of the Kenya International Freight and Warehousing Association
Phena Nyamulu is an accomplished trade and logistics professional with extensive experience in freight forwarding, cargo operations, and regional trade facilitation across East Africa and beyond. With an academic background in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi, she combines operational expertise with strategic insight to drive efficiency and innovation in the logistics sector.
A strong advocate for inclusive and sustainable growth, Phena is particularly committed to empowering women and youth in Trade, Logistics, and the Blue Economy. She champions green logistics and environmentally responsible supply chains that support climate action and long-term economic development.
She serves as a Board Member of the Kenya International Freight and Warehousing Association and is a regular contributor to industry dialogue on trade facilitation, sustainability, and regional integration.
Hellen Atieno Matakwa
Founder and CEO of ALCA
Hellen Atieno Matakwa is a lawyer, business strategist, and founder with a strong focus on organizational growth, governance, and long-term value creation. She is the Founder and CEO of ALCA, a multidisciplinary firm working across business development, brand strategy, law and compliance, sustainability (ESG), investment, wealth management, project management, and cross-border real estate. Through her personal brand, Atieno the Vision Architect, she works with founders, boards, and institutions to translate vision into executable strategy by combining market intelligence, legal insight, leadership development, and structured planning. Hellen brings experience advising private sector actors, founders, and mission-driven organizations across Africa, with a particular interest in job creation, youth development, gender advocacy, and sustainable enterprise.
